Relay North Dakota Customer Profile
The Customer Profile allows you to store your call preferences, such as:
- Frequently dialed numbers
- Emergency numbers
- Preferred gender of relay operator
- Preferred announcement of relay service
Customer Profiled help speed up call processing.
To create a Customer Profile

Fill out the online form to create a Customer Profile.

To see or update your Customer Profile?

To see or update your Customer Profile, login with your username and password.

Then select “Customer Profile”.

You are now on the Customer Profile. There are tabs on the left side that are:
- Emergency Location
- Frequently Dialed
- Call Preferences
- Notes
- Speech to Speech
- Emergency Numbers
- Permissions
- Personal Information
- Account Security
- Print Customer Profile
