CapTelTM Customer Support - Now Available 24 / 7

Beginning September 1, CapTelTM Customer Support is expanding its hours to be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ensures that people who rely on the CapTelTM captioned telephone service have access to help whenever they need it - day or night.

“CapTelTM Customer Service is delighted to expand our service offerings to include all hours around the clock. The Customer Service team is dedicated and ready to assist our customers at the time that is most convenient for them,” explains Pamela Holmes, Director of CapTelTM Customer Service.

Telephone Customer Support help will be available 24/7 everyday except major holidays. As always, the CapTelTM Captioning Service itself is available 24/7 everyday including holidays. Help is just one touch away: CapTelTM users simply push the blue CUST SERV button on their CapTelTM 800 or CapTelTM 800i to be immediately connected with a helpful Customer Support representative.

Relay North Dakota

Relay North Dakota is a free service that provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-disabled. This service allows hearing callers to communicate with text-telephone (TTY) users and vice versa through specially trained Communication Assistants (CAs). Calls can be made to anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with no restrictions on the number, length, or type of calls. All calls are strictly confidential and no records of any conversations are maintained. Anyone wishing to use Relay North Dakota simply dials the relay number to connect with a CA. The CA will dial the requested number and relay the conversation between the two callers.
